- •Household & friend connections: email addresses you use to invite others to a household or connect as a friend.
- •Payment data: when you subscribe to Next Cart Pro, payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your full card details — Stripe does.
- •Usage data: we may collect limited analytics about how you use the app to improve it.
How We Use Your Information
- •To provide and maintain the app — your lists, meals, and household features.
- •To process subscription payments and manage your Next Cart Pro subscription through Stripe.
- •To send service-related communications, such as household invitations.
- •To detect, prevent, and address fraud or abuse of the service.
Sharing & Payment Processing
- •We use Stripe to process subscription payments. Stripe handles your payment card information under its own security and privacy standards. We only receive confirmation of payment status and your subscription state.
- •We do not sell your personal information.
- •Household and friend connections share only the data you choose to share (such as shared lists) with the members of that household or your connected friends.
Data Retention
- •We keep your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service.
- •When you delete your account through the app Settings, we remove your account information and personal shopping data associated with your account.
Your Rights
- •You can view and manage your lists, meals, and household data within the app at any time.
- •You can manage or cancel your Next Cart Pro subscription via the in-app Manage Subscription flow, which opens the Stripe Customer Portal.
- •You can delete your account from Settings, which removes your personal data from Next Cart.
- •You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data.
Children’s Privacy
- •Next Cart is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to This Policy
- •We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will revise the effective date at the top of this page when we do.
